Ashley Roberts
Ashley Roberts

Ashley has been working in care, both dementia and mental health provision, for the last 10 years in a variety of care settings from working in homes to the community to Young Offenders Institutions. Ashley has written many courses and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in inclusion and awareness training. Ashley takes a different approach to training and this enables the participant to listen to a guest speaker talk about their individual experience living with these disorders and his courses are adaptable for all audiences and learning styles.

Dean is a dedicated and innovative teacher/trainer with experience across a range of sectors. Dona Evans

Dona started working in care in 1986 initially as a Support Worker for Social Services Mental Health department. Dona’s main working experience comes from working in Residential Care Homes supporting clients with Dementia, Autism/Asperger and Challenging Behaviour. After becoming an NVQ Assessor for 2 years she wanted to put her knowledge and experience to good use and qualified as a Health and Social Care Trainer in 2005. Dona is one of our engaging and knowledgeable trainers that delivers various courses, to mirror her vast skill set.

Jason Harding
Jason Harding

Jason has been involved in first aid training for the last 6 years, and as a designated first aider for nearly 30 years. He started teaching in 2006 and has tutored all aspects of first aid and manual handling in that time. Jason is clever, articulate, knowledgeable and very funny. More importantly he is very patient and adapts his teaching methods to each individual.

Sam began his career as an apprentice chef. After working for many years in the catering and hospitality industry, he went on to become a catering college lecturer, Food Safety trainer and HACCP food safety certification specialist. Sam specialises in delivering Food Safety training and HACCP systems for a variety of businesses in a variety of sectors.

Simon Dolby

Simon is Chief Executive and the founder of the KM Charity Team. He comes from a business and journalism background having served as news editor at the East Kent Gazette series in the 1990s and running a tourism business in east Kent prior to this. His courses on Press Releases and Press Photography are popular and always well received.
