MSCB Bulletin – Summer 2018

Medway Safeguarding Children Board has recently released their Bulletin for summer 2018, providing news of the work and events within MSCB.

Based in Chatham, Medway Safeguarding Children Board (MSCB) is a statutory multi-agency organisation that works to help make sure that children are safeguarded properly by agencies working effectively together. Their membership includes senior representatives from Medway Council, all Medway health bodies, Kent Police, Medway schools, voluntary organisations, and many others.

They have recently published their latest issue of their MSCB Bulletin, which showcases the work and events within The Board.

Highlights include coverage about The SafeCall Team from Missing People providing debrief services to children and young people who have recently been missing and have potentially come into contact with gangs or are involved in county lines; and the announcement of New Threshold Criteria recently published by MSCB for children in need, detailing how Children, Young People and Families can get access to the right support at the right time in Medway

The summer bulletin for 2018 , as well as previous issues , is available to download NOW from the MSCB website .
