Open Afternoon at Wisdom Hospice – July 2018

The public are invited to join the Wisdom Hospice Wellbeing & Therapy Centre for their Open Afternoon this coming July 2018 to let people find out more about the services they offer.

Specialising in palliative care, The Wisdom Hospice work to provide a range of quality community health services for the residents of Medway; these include:

Offering a multi-disciplinary team approach, and including an NHS-funded team based in Medway Maritime Hospital, they also have support from the Friends of the Wisdom Hospice.

The Wisdom Hospice Open Afternoon takes place on Thursday 19th July 2018, from 1pm till 3pm at their Wellbeing & Therapy Centre at High Bank, ROCHESTER, Kent, ME1 2NU.
