Change of Venue - Supporting Older People in Medway: A Public Discussion with Medway Clinical Commis

04-Jul-2017

You are cordially invited to a public meeting about the support given to older people and those that care for them in Medway.

Hosted by the NHS Medway Clinical Commissioning Group, the event will bring together local people, community and voluntary sector groups and the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

The event will look at how the Commissioning Group supports the care for older people and to gather feedback.

If you use services, or if you care for someone who is frail and needs support; even if you work with older people, you are welcome to come along and give your views.

Taking place at a change of venue -  St George Hotel, 8 New Rd Ave, Rochester, ME4 6BB, the interactive session will be followed by the Medway CCG Governing Body meeting, where you will hear about what the CCG is doing and attendees will have the chance to ask the Governing Body about the decisions we make that affect local health services.

If you would like to take part in the discussion and to meet The CCG’s Governing Body members, the public event will be held on Wednesday 26 th July starting at 12pm till 2pm. Refreshments will be served at 12:00 for a 12:30 start.

The Governing Body Meeting will take place from 2pm till 5pm.

To register your attendance, the CCG ask that you should go to their Eventbrite page to confirm your interest.

For further information, you can email the Commissioning group at medway.communications@nhs.net, or call 01634 335111.
