Synergy EISi – The New Assessment System from The Early Help Transformation Team

The Early Help Transformation Team (EHTT) has recently announced the release of Synergy EISi – the new system the team have been working on, for all of your Early Help Assessments and Reviews.

The system went live recently and is web based, allowing users to see their work from any mobile or desktop device. The Team says this would make it easier to access case notes and assessments during visits and “saying goodbye to spending hours typing up your notes”.

For those who want to learn more about Medway’s Early Help ethos or who may not have completed a Common Assessment Framework or Early Help Assessment (CAF/EHA) in Medway before, EHTT says training for the system is already available, with two different types of sessions being offered: The Team do point out you would need to attend Session One before the hands-on Session Two, which teaches you how to use the system.

The Team also advise they would no longer be accepting paper based assessment and that all case work will need to be completed on Synergy EISi.

If you would like to book for training on the new system, or for more information, you can contact the contact the Early Help Transformation Team at Medway Council on 01634 338746, or email them at
