Vacancy – Shop Manager at Strood Community Project

The Strood Community Project is currently taking applications for the job role of Manager for the Community Project Shop in Strood.

Established in 2006, Strood Community Project originally started as an initiative of two neighbouring Parish churches in Strood. Their work is driven to meet the needs of everyone in the community: Their Mission is to see a happy, confident and prosperous Strood.

The Project are looking for an experienced Shop Manager to lead both the shop and team forward meeting sales and profit targets in an ever changing market.

Answering to the Strood Community Project Manager, you have retail experience along with either management or supervisory skills: Having a flare for sales and displays is essential.

Do you want to play a part in the local community, helping others?

This would be a rewarding and exciting position for someone who is enthusiastic, have a flexible approach to working and be confident in your decision making and delegation skills; as well as having the opportunity to make their mark on the Project’s already successful Charity Shop.
