VCS Leaders Event - Collaboration (Last Chance to Book)

13-Feb-2018

The VCS Leaders Network are pleased to be hosting an event for local VCS organisations (whatever their size) who are interested in exploring opportunities that might arise from working collaboratively with other local organisations.

Date: Wednesday 28th February 2018

This event is part of an on-going series of support provided by the VCS Leaders Network - and this session aims to help organisations to take practical steps towards collaborating.

The event will provide activities and advice to help organisations to identify possible partners and to start meaningful ‘conversations’. There will also be guest speakers who will talk about their experiences and understanding of the opportunities provided by collaborative working. MVA will also be providing details on the upcoming launch of their ‘Collaboration Portal’ for Medway.

The full programme for the event can be found below and it will be held mhs homes, Leviathan Way, Chatham ME4 4LL .

Finally, if you haven’t done so already, you may find it useful to take a look at this checklist (from Know How Non Profit) of questions to consider if you are thinking about collaborative working: https://knowhownonprofit.org/organisation/collaboration/what_is_collaboration/should-you-collaborate-ncvo
