Voluntary Sector Meeting by Kent and Medway Sustainability and Transformation Partnership – October

The Kent and Medway Sustainability and Transformation Partnership will be hosting a series of events giving Voluntary Sector groups the opportunity to learn about and be involved with the Partnership.

The Kent and Medway Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) is inviting leaders from voluntary and community organisations in Kent and Medway to join a meeting to discuss opportunities for greater partnership and joint working.

Intended to be engagements to provide awareness and share ideas and information about the STP, the sessions will cover key areas including:

  • An update on the work of the Partnership
  • The available potential for the voluntary sector to support the delivery of the STP plans
  • Opportunities for voluntary sector organisations
  • How the STP can better work with the voluntary sector

There are two events scheduled for this October.

One event is being held at Canterbury Cricket Ground at The Spitfire Ground St Lawrence, Old Dover Road, CT1 3NZ, between 9.00am and 1.00pm on Tuesday 17th October 2017.

The other event is being held at Great Danes Hotel in Hollingbourne Nr Maidstone, ME17 1RE, between 12.30pm and 4.15pm on Wednesday 18th October 2017.

A light lunch and refreshments will be provided at both meetings.

If you are interested and would like to attend, Kent and Medway STP advise the events are FREE, but ask that you register your interest using their Eventbrite Portal for the event at either Canterbury or Maidstone: The STP also advises that places at the meetings are limited and encourage interested guests to register as soon as possible.
