Goodgym -Chatham, Gillingham, Rochester  Runners get fit while doing good deeds within their community. You may be visiting an elderly person in their home to help with tasks such as moving furniture or putting up their Christmas tree or you might run with a group to with a community task such as clearing a green space. To get Good Gym off of the ground in Medway we need 100 runners .
