Family Mile Ambassadors are inspirational volunteers who lead Miles (these can be short walks or physical activity sessions) in their local communities, at a time/place that’s convenient for them. The Mason Foundation provides free training and ongoing support to Family Mile Ambassadors. We do this to make sure they have the skills and confidence to lead a Mile, in a way that works for them.
