This role involves maintaining contact with SATEDA clients via telephone. You will run risk assessments, check on their welfare, listen to, signpost and advise them, while following SATEDA's case management procedures. Are you empathetic and do you have excellent interpersonal skills? We need tactful listeners and speakers! We also need you to have basic computer skills.
