The Volunteer Van Manager ensures that our vans stay roadworthy and legal, that necessary van collections are carried out, and that drivers are scheduled and provided with all information necessary.

They also ensure that the van stays clean inside and outside so that drivers have a good working environment.

It is an essential role as it ensures that the tools that are donated to us make their way to our refurbishment centres to be refurbished, packed, and sent off to skills centres in Africa.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable using Microsoft Excel, which is what we use to create our van schedules.
You will need to be confident in planning weekly schedules and contacting drivers to check their availability. You should also be comfortable driving a medium-sized Transit van.
