Be Kind to your Mind – New Campaign launch from Medway Council, February 2023

A new mental health and wellbeing campaign for Medway has been launched, designed to encourage folk to ‘Be Kind to your Mind’ through adopting the 5 Ways to Wellbeing into their lifestyle.

All representatives from Health and Social care, professionals and beyond are encouraged to share the digital assets with clients and service users, and within their networks.

Medway Council say there will be design work in public places appearing over the next few weeks, as well as adverts across local internet radio.

The Council’s mental wellbeing pages have also been refreshed to bring them in line with the look of the campaign, and they say the campaign is ongoing so resources can be used across the whole year.

The Council also advise those working face-to-face with clients are encouraged to use the leaflets as a conversation prompt.

They are also encouraging people to raise awareness of the benefits of caring for yourself, particularly in times of stress, through building the 5 Ways into lifestyle.
