How does the programme work?

Using the information at the bottom book a free 15-minute 1:1 online session on a wide range of topics, with one of the MVA team.

Your first free session offers the chance to talk through the support you’re looking for and explore how MVA can help. We’ll use the time to understand your needs, explain what support is available, and agree any helpful next steps.

What happens?

• Choose a topic you’d like to focus on,
• Book a time that suits you,
• Complete the short pre-meeting questionnaire ahead of the session. This helps us prepare in advance so we can make the best use of our time.
• Agree on any next steps if required.
