MVA is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Community Partnerships Officer to help us strengthen community connections, reduce health inequalities and deliver projects that create lasting social impact across Kent and Medway. What You'll Be Doing

Leading Meaningful Projects

  • Manage and deliver multiple community-focused projects from planning through to completion.
  • Ensure project objectives, outcomes and KPIs are achieved.
  • Monitor progress, evaluate impact and produce high-quality reports.
Building Strong Community Partnerships
  • Develop and maintain relationships with voluntary, community, statutory and health sector partners.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and innovative approaches to addressing local challenges.
Co-Producing Solutions with Communities
  • Work alongside community groups and residents to support initiatives that reduce inequalities.
  • Facilitate engagement activities, workshops and community conversations.
Promoting Opportunities and Impact
  • Raise awareness of programmes and projects through community engagement and outreach activities.
  • Share success stories and celebrate the achievements of local communities and partners.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
✅ Is passionate about empowering communities and creating positive social change.
✅ Has experience delivering projects, programmes or community-based initiatives.

✅ Builds strong relationships and communicates confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.

✅ Is organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities.

✅ Enjoys working independently while also being part of a collaborative team.

You'll Stand Out If You Have:

  • Experience working within the voluntary, community, health or public sectors.
  • Knowledge of health inequalities and community engagement approaches.
  • Experience of partnership working and stakeholder management.
  • Strong monitoring, evaluation and reporting skills.
