Woodroffe Benton Foundation
The Woodroffe Benton Foundation offers grants and funding to smaller UK registered charities for relief of hardship, care for the elderly, environment, and conservation.

The Foundation advises UK charitable organisations are eligible to apply for a grant, as are any educational institutions (schools, universities, etc.) whether they have charitable status or not.

The Foundation advises that applications are only considered at the Trustees' meetings in January, May, and September; and say the online application form and guidance notes for their next round will be available from 1st November 2022.

More information and how to apply is available at the Funder’s website.

Woodward Charitable Trust
Charities and social enterprises that support children and young people, disadvantaged families, prisoners, and ex-offenders can apply for grants that cover their core costs.

The funding is being made available through the Woodward Charitable Trust and two types of grants are awarded, small grants of up to £3,000 and large grants of over £3,000.

The Trust advise they are especially interested in applications from small to medium-sized charities where small grants can have more impact

They also advise priority is given to projects that make good use of volunteers, encourage past and current users to participate, and ensure that funds awarded are being well used.

The Trust says the next grant round will open in November 2022.

More information and how to apply can be found at the Trust’s website.
