Ideas Test say through skills-based workshops, go-sees, PAID work experience, mentoring, and a budget to produce a personal project, they support local young people to pursue their dream creative careers.

The organisers say Make Waves will also provide each young person with:

Ideas Test have confirmed that most of the participants had secured paid work in the creative industries within 3 months of completing their programme, and ALL those who took part have said that Make Waves helped them learn new skills to launch their creative career.

The application deadline is midday on Monday 8th April 2024.

Ideas Test will also be hosting an online Information Session via Zoom on Tuesday 26th March from 4pm-5pm, and is available for anyone wanting to know more about the programme, provides a chance to meet the team and ask any questions ahead of applying.
