Exciting Opportunity for a Project Leader with Ideas Test

Ideas Test have an amazing opportunity for a project leader and/or volunteer manager to lead a ground breaking programme to generate cultural volunteering in Medway. They’re looking for an individual with enthusiasm, leadership and project management experience, commitment to making a difference, organising and supporting people to share their talents, develop their skills and enjoy the vibe as they volunteer their time to support access to arts events across Medway.

The Medway Change Makers is funded by Spirit of 2012 and builds on the legacy of the 2012 Olympic Games. Ideas Test are looking for a person with the skills and experience to grow, manage and develop a diverse and engaged crew of volunteers who will participate in Medway’s cultural and community events.

This is a key role focused on rolling out the Medway Change Makers volunteering programme. The successful candidate will be joining Ideas Test at an exciting time, with the opportunity to develop and shape the volunteering experience – making a real difference to the way volunteers are recruited, supported and valued.
