Funding Opportunities with The Albert Gubay Foundation

Funding Programme from The Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation

Grants are available from The Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation for registered charities to support a range of good causes that will benefit those most in need.

Created in 2008, The foundation receives income from the property empire that Gubay bequeathed to it and provides grants to registered charities.

To be eligible, projects need to address one or more of the Foundation’s current funding priorities:
  • Victims of modern slavery
  • Victims of domestic abuse
  • Ex-offenders and their families
  • Homelessness
  • Medical research
  • Support for people with terminal illnesses / life limiting conditions and their carers
  • Drug and substance misuse
  • Support for people with intellectual disability
  • Care leavers
  • Worship and associated community outreach
  • Amateur sport
  • Care for the elderly
The Foundation advise that charities interested in applying for a grant must first pass an online eligibility test before being invited to submit a full application.

At the time of writing, there was no specified deadline, which suggests applications can be accepted at any time.

More information and how to apply can be found at the Foundation’s website.
