The Involving Medway & Swale Programme continues into its 4th year to deliver the Voluntary, Community, Social Enterprise & Faith Sector's (VCSEF) Focus Group’s model of meaningful engagement, enabling community groups and organisations across Medway & Swale to support their service users to have stronger voices on important local health matters and to help shape local health services.
The next health topics to be explored and get involved in are frailty and heart failure.
If you are a VCSEF sector organisation or group and can help to deliver focus groups on these important health topics, then you could receive between £160 - £300 per each focus group you deliver on the topics above.
The even better news is that if you join the Programme and deliver focus groups your organisation or group will then be able to apply for up to
£5000 of the Programme's Community Chest Funding for ‘Quick Win’ Initiatives discovered during your focus groups.
