Local Plan - Make sure you and your service users have your say

Medway Council are in the process of developing the Local Plan that will replace the 2003 Medway Local Plan and they want to hear your views by 11.59pm on Tuesday 31 October 2023.

The Local Plan is about helping Medway to grow sustainably. This includes finding a balance between the need for development of homes and jobs and protecting the environment. Medway Council consider a variety of issues including:
- protecting the environment
- addressing climate change
- improving transport choices
- growing local businesses
- improving our community facilities.

The Local Plan affects everyone. Medway Council want to hear from all residents in Medway about what's important to ensure sustainable growth in Medway up to 2040. Click here to find out how you and your service users can have their say.
