MVA are excited to be recruiting for a new support officer role within their Infrastructure & Social Value Team. Working closely with the Infrastructure & Social Value Lead, this new role will involve supporting, the delivery of MVA’s busy Infrastructure programme emphasising capacity building, representation, volunteering development and social value within the VCSEF sector in Medway and Kent.
About the Role
As a Support Officer, you’ll be supporting the Infrastructure & Social Value Lead in delivering projects from inception to completion, working with community organisations and a range of stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
Your expertise will shape critical initiatives that align with our organisation’s mission.
Key Duties:
The postholder will support the Infrastructure & Social Value Lead across four main areas:
* Support strategic delivery by contributing to team planning, service development, and wider MVA projects to help achieve Infrastructure and Social Value priorities.
* Build strong relationships with statutory partners, internal teams, and local communities to ensure joined up working and effective community engagement.
* Coordinate and support events, meetings, outreach activity, and network sessions, including promoting opportunities and sharing relevant funding information.
* Collect, prepare, and help analyse data, feedback, and reporting information to support contract monitoring and the delivery of new initiatives.

You’ll:

Duration: | Permanent part time with potential opportunity to extend to full time depending on the needs of the business. |

Location: | Hybrid: Mix of MVA Office & Remotely from Home. |
