MVA – New Website and MVN Relaunch

Medway Volunteer Network's new Volunteering Support for Organisations web pages are now live! So if you are struggling with supporting volunteers in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, you are just one-click away from some help.

Medway Volunteer Network (MVN) was established to support the local volunteering community, as well as to develop and increase upon the capacity available to voluntary and community organisations in Medway.

The new MVN web pages are focussed around helping organisations continue and develop the support and services they offer to their volunteers and to the communities that they support.

The new pages are full of all things volunteering - covering topics such as:

Recruitment
Training
Induction
Management
Support and Supervision
Motivation & Engagement, and
Safeguarding

For MVN registered organisations there are also facilities to upload their own volunteering opportunities direct to MVN’s Local Volunteer Opportunities page. In addition MVN can also share these volunteer roles on their social platforms.
