New Data & Monitoring Officer Job Opportunity with MVA

We are seeking a dynamic Data and Monitoring officer experienced working in the Voluntary, Community, Social Enterprise and Faith (VCSEF), or statutory and business sectors for one or more years.

You will have strong data management, research and analytical skills, advanced knowledge, skills and experience in the use of CRM, Excel and Microsoft Office programs with the ability to train others in their use, in an accessible and flexible manner.


An excellent communicator with impressive interpersonal and networking skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment.

You will have a commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion, a flexible team player with a can-do attitude and ability to travel efficiently to deliver the objectives of this post.

MVA passionately supports and represents the VCSEF sectors in Medway. Central to success is our partnerships with organisations in the VCSEF and equally as important, the statutory and corporate sectors.

At MVA we firmly believe that the local VCSEF is stronger due to mutually productive cross-sector partnerships and by working collaboratively we are collectively able to resolve issues experienced by some of the most disadvantaged in our communities.

The ability to share vital intelligence on the VCSEF sectors in Medway is an integral part of our service delivery which is supported by this role.

  • Contract: Part time, permanent
  • Start date: As soon as possible, to be agreed directly with the candidate
  • Location: The Joiners Shop, The Historic Chatham Dockyard, Main Gate Rd, Chatham, Kent ME4 4TZ
  • Salary: £27,500 per annum FTE (pro rata 3 days 22.5 hours per week)
  • Annual Leave: 25 days in addition to statutory bank holidays
  • Pension: Nest Pension Scheme
