Could you be the new lead for the Community Health Catalyst programme?

MVA are looking for a driven, motivated and organised individual, with a passion for working with local communities and who would like to be part of a growing community-led campaign to reduce health inequalities.

The successful candidate will be an organised, flexible and dynamic team leader who is committed to co-development and design through working alongside communities and people from all walks of life.

The Award winning and innovative Community Health Catalyst programme supports communities in targeted geographic areas in Medway and Swale. With the support of locally based Community Activators, a Community Accelerator and VCS Infrastructure organisations, you will deliver listening activities and support the co-development of ‘Local Asset Signposting and Solutions Plans’ to empower communities to achieve their best possible outcomes.
