Everyday Active Small Grants from Active Kent & Medway
Formerly known as
Kent Sport,
Active Kent & Medway continues to provide grants to support Kent and Medway clubs and organisations.
The
Everyday Active Small Grant is available for any club or organisation working to encourage and increase participation in physical activity for those living in Kent or Medway.
The funding organisers says the monies can go towards projects such as new programmes, festivals, events, launches or celebrations of activity.
At the time of writing there was no identified deadline, which means enquiries to apply for the funding could be made at any time.

The Laurence Plummer Foundation Funding Programme
Funding from The
Laurence Plummer Foundation is designed to support young people from Kent & Medway in participating in sport with a particular focus on helping those from deprived and low income backgrounds.
The funders say they will fund:
- Projects where individuals or organisations are at a disadvantage
- Projects which encourage and facilitate participation
- Applicants that cannot afford to take part in sport
- Projects where new sports activity will be created
- Applications from projects that encourage educational training by young people
- Projects or Applications which assist volunteers in sport
- Applications from projects that face significant barriers to participating in sport, or
- Projects that benefit young people in Medway from disadvantaged background
The funders say Individuals, sports clubs, youth groups, charities, not-for-profit organisations and schools are all eligible to apply.
At the time of writing, this is a Continuous Rolling Programme, and applications can be accepted at any time.
