Planning Impact Reporting for Health & Wellbeing Interventions
Planning impact reporting for health and wellbeing interventions
Take a look at the list below and if you answer yes to any of the statements then this new project is ideal for you.
• Would the funding application benefit from some clear identification of the impact you expect it to have?
• Would the funding application benefit from early identification of how you would evidence that impact?
• Would it be easier to collect evidence of impact if the strategy is planned from the start?
• Would the final report writing be easier if there was a clear structure that you could add your data and findings into, matched to the impact outcomes you had identified?
A new, online, tool has been developed by a group of Medway's VCSEF leaders. The tool has been designed to help to plan a structure for measuring impact which would then feed through to the reporting.
It does this by:
• Providing a set of standardised impact indicators that you can match to your project.
• Providing advice on available frameworks or techniques for measuring this impact with your service users.
• Providing a template for a report that can be completed in a straightforward way, matching the chosen impact indicators with the results of measuring that impact.
You can try it out!
If you have a project in the pipeline, maybe you are starting a funding application, or you have funding and want to structure how you do the final reporting to help to increase the chances of further funding from the same source, then you can attend a workshop where you will be supported to work through the planning of this reporting, with the support of the tool and people who have already used it.
