Local Funding Support from The Lawson Trust - Accepting Applications All Year

The Lawson Trust is a charity that provides grants to organisations in Kent and Sussex, as well as nationwide.
Amongst its series of funding programmes, The Trust offers grants to support a variety of charitable activities within its five areas of interest:
  • Arts and Heritage: Projects that support and enhance cultural and historical resources
  • Education: Initiatives that promote education and skill development
  • Environment: Projects focused on conservation, preservation, and environmental improvement
  • Health: Programs that advance health or aid in the saving of lives, and
  • Social & Economic Disadvantage: Activities that help to relieve poverty and address social and economic inequality
The Trust say local and regional charities working on the trust's five key priorities are eligible to apply for funding; and they are particularly interested in hearing from organisations that engage people in Kent and Sussex.

At the time of writing, the scheme can be seen as a continuous rolling programme, so there was no recognised deadline, and applications can be accepted at any time.

More information and how to apply can be found at The Lawson Trust website.
