The Medway VCS Transformation Academy and Alliance has been launched - and you are now invited to express your interest in joining these unique and valuable initiatives.

The VCS Transformation Academy and Alliance is the much discussed opportunity for Medway’s VCS to radically transform how we operate. It is a pivotal moment for the sector; one in which this generation of leaders will be able to shape the future of the VCS both locally and, thanks to our academic partners in this initiative, nationally and potentially internationally.

The Transformation Academy will offer you an opportunity to develop, secure and safeguard your services for future generations. As a member of the Academy you will gain access to new skills and free training; you’ll also be given access to
receive payments for testing local solutions and mentoring other local groups and organisations. For more detailed information about the Academy, please contact a member of the MVA team who will be able to answer any questions you have.

The Transformation Alliance will offer an opportunity to explore how the VCS could formally share resources (the back of house resources that are expensive to buy individually, but essential to a charity to survive, grow, meet legislation requirements etc) and in turn improve your access to support and reduce your individual running costs.
