A Morning of Inspiration at Priestfields with Medway's VCS Leaders Network.

It's often difficult to truly capture the energy and vibrance of a truly exceptional event, but I'm compelled to try after supporting Medway VCS Leaders Network's 'Time to Evolve - a Network Reborn' launch event.

An event that was made possible with generous support from Gillingham Football Club (GFC), and a special thanks to Mark Abrahams, Joanne Dunn and Hannah Gibbs for their remarkable support.

The event was nothing short of inspiring, a testament to the power of community and the unwavering dedication of the individuals who make Medway’s VCSEF sector so vital.

The room buzzed with a palpable sense of shared purpose. It wasn't just a meeting; it was a coming together of passionate, like-minded leaders, all united by a common goal: to make a positive impact on the lives of people in Medway. The atmosphere was electric, fuelled by the collective energy of individuals deeply committed to their work.

In part, the bringing together of the sector was underpinned by the calibre of the inspiring speakers. They weren't just presenting information; they were sharing their stories, their challenges, and their triumphs. Their words resonated deeply, offering practical insights and a renewed sense of motivation to continue striving for excellence in our respective organisations. We will be sharing more about this soon via X, Facebook and Linkedin.

The opportunity to connect with fellow leaders was invaluable and provided a crucial space for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual support. It was a chance to learn from each other's experiences, build new relationships, and reaffirm the strength and power of community collaboration.

The event was the ideal platform for the showcasing of the networks new membership offer, coaching sessions and leadership programme. Medway’s VCS Leaders Network is clearly set to continue to be an ever-growing force for positive change, and the network are incredibly grateful to have been a part of this inspiring morning. It's a testament to the power of passionate people coming together to build a stronger, more supportive community.

We are confident that this new offer will provide you, and your organisation or group, with the resources, tools, and support you need to navigate through the upcoming changes to the sector.
