The True Colours Trust is offering grants to small organisations delivering programmes that benefit children and their families, in particular children with disabilities.
Grants are available to UK registered charities and community interest companies (CIC) that are working to make a difference to the lives of disabled children and their families in the UK.
The trust seeks to support everyone, wherever they live and whatever their age, to be able to access good palliative care, and to enable disabled children and young people to be able to live their lives to the full.
