About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Growth and Engagement, you will play an operational, delivery focused role that supports our strategic objectives through high quality funding support, effective marketing and engagement activity and practical data and organisational skills.
This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across funding development, community engagement and communications, and who wants to contribute to a growing organisation making a real difference.
About You
You will be organised, proactive and confident working across multiple areas. You’ll have strong communication skills, attention to detail and a genuine interest in supporting communities and voluntary organisations. Experience of funding, engagement and marketing communications is welcome, but we also value transferable skills and a willingness to learn.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,500 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Based at MVA, Chatham (with flexible working available)
