Zurich offer guidance for looking after employee health and wellbeing on returning to the workplace

Worldwide Insurer Zurich has produced resources and guidance for businesses to bring employees safely back to the workplace.

Not everyone is excited about lockdown easing, so organisations need to make sure the transition back to the workplace puts wellbeing front of mind.

There is no doubt for most of us that the pandemic has caused changes in daily routine as well as the way we work. So whilst the vaccine roll out is proving successful and starting to show a positive effect locally, many organisations and businesses are starting to considering how to open their doors to safely welcome employees back.

However, returning to work will conjure up very different emotions depending on who you speak to.
