Kent Charity Trek Saturday 17 May 2025 06:00 to 23:00 Discover Kent in a new way and support Wisdom Hospice Charity! Kent Search and Rescue (a charity themselves) wanted to create an event for other Kent-based charities, to help as many people possible in our local community. All funds raised from this events goes directly to local charities in Kent. Following on from the huge success for 2024 we are very proud to launch the 2025 Kent Charity Trek! Take on the challenge of walking either 25km or 50km along the North Downs Way in Kent. From Fort Amherst, your route will take you along the North Down’s Way where you will be able to take in the beautiful Garden of England. You will be supported on the day with regular marshal points and water, snack and first aid stations. Walk The Night Friday 20 June 2025 20:00 to 23:55 St Mary's Island Chatham. Join us for a spectacular 10K walk through an amazing part of Medway, where historic landmarks meet modern-day life. Kindly supported by Chatham Maritime Trust, we will set off from the bandstand at the marina, taking in the serene views of the calm waters reflecting the summer sky. By taking part, we encourage you to ask friends and family who are unable to join you to sponsor your efforts. Prizes will be awarded for: The highest single sponsorship amount, the top fundraising team and the most inspiring young walker. Every participant will receive a medal to celebrate their achievement.
