A network of peers that facilitate various opportunities for collaboration, networking, and the sharing of resources and good practice.

Medway VCS Leaders Network is a dynamic collective of passionate, like-minded individuals united by a shared commitment to all things voluntary and community sector in Medway.
The group fosters a powerful environment where leaders can come together to openly share insights, challenges, and successes, providing invaluable support to one another.
The strength of this peer network lies very much in its collaborative spirit which empowers network members to navigate the complexities and challenges of an ever changing landscape.
The network is led by a Steering Group, supported by MVA, with a strong focus on capacity building in a sustainable and collaborative way.
