The Transformation Academy and Alliance is the much discussed opportunity for Medway and Swale's VCSEF to radically transform how we operate. It is a pivotal moment for the sector; one in which this generation of leaders will be able to shape the future of the VCSEF both locally and, thanks to our academic partners in this initiative, nationally and potentially internationally.
The Transformation Academy is a unique collaborative space for learning, new opportunities and innovative approaches to challenges the VCSEF collectively encounters. The Transformation Alliance originally was providing offers low cost, high quality back office services from the sector, for the sector but has now expanded to frontline services that you can provide, gaining your organisation additional income revenue. 
Funded for three years by The National Lottery Community Fund and being academically supported and assessed by Nottingham Trent University, this programme provides a unique space to work on something truly innovative for the sector.
